Within the CFS patient group there is a subgroup with the chronic multisystem disease ME/CFS. Treatment from the current CFS guideline may harm these patients because the approach from the guideline is at odds with what these patients need. This piece elaborates on this, along with how this – in our opinion – goes against the Dutch Code of Ethics for Psychologists.
